 You'll have to resize for the tutorial. Just copy and paste.
Drop Shadow =DS = 2,2,50,5 black
Let's begin
900 X 900
1.) EL. 20 - Copy and Paste = C&P as New Raster Layer= NRL
2.) Paper 7 (or your choice) with magic wand click in center of frame, selections- modify - expand 6-- C&P as NRL - place over frame-- invert on frame -- delete on paper -- Select None = SN.-- move layer below frame,and DS both... 
3.) Duplicate = Dup. = tube - blur - gaussian 6-- Blend Mode = Soft light -- Opacity =100% -- Merge Down = MD -- Dup. tube- move this below frame-- on top tube delete any over hanging the frame-- and then on bottom tube do the same, when done -- add DS to bottom tube, and close off bottom layer and Merge Visible all layers- rename = frame -- then move up and to the right a little -- tag reference = TR.
4.) EL.15 -- C&P as NRL - mirror and place this on bottom left side -- DS
5.) Grass --- C&P as NRL - Resize = R -- if needed,I did 50% and sharpened -- once small enough -- place over the tree base -- -- DS -- TR
6.) EL. 2 -- C&P as NRL - place on bottom right --DS--move layer below frame -- TR
7.) EL. 12 - R = 80% - sharpen -- C&P as NRL - place on left side -- DS -- TR
8.) EL. 22--R = 60% -- unsharp mask = USM-- C&P as NRL - place on right side top -- DS -- TR
9.) EL. 26 -- C&P as NRL - place layer beow frame
10.) EL. 28 -- C&P as NRL - place on right side center--Dup. - miror- MD--and place layer below frame layer -TR
11.) EL. 25 - C&P as NRL - place above bottom layer--DS--TR
12.) EL. 31 -- C&P as NRL - place on bottom center--DS -- mirror--TR
13.) EL. 36 - C&P as NRL - place on left side bottom-- DS - TR. - Dup.- and mirror--place dup. on bottom layer -- TR
14.) EL.37-- C&P as NRL - place on bottom center--mirror -- DS -- TR
15.) EL. 38 -- C&P as NRL -place on right bottom --DS --TR -- Dup.--R=80%--mirror --TR
16.) EL. 39-- C&P as NRL - DS--place on top left side-TR -Dup. --R= 80% - sharpen--mirror and place in center ride side-TR
17.) EL. 1- R= 60%--USM-- C&P as NRL - place below right side bat -DS --TR
18.) EL. 8 -- R = 50% - USM-- C&P as NRL -place on bottow left side--DS--Dup. R = 80% - place next to the other-- TR
19.) EL. 6 - R = 60% - USM -- C&P as NRL -place on top of tree left side--DS--TR
20.) With bottom still closed --Merge Visible all layers -- R = 56% - USM --( 504 X 504 )
21.) Paper of choice I used # 4 -- C&P as NRL - and place this above bottom--
22.) After I added the paper I duplicated it, and added a different mask to both layers of papers, then I MD.. I used 
Trese Masks 46 and 49  
Crop Opaque - 504 X 504
now open bottom layer, Merge Visible all layers--
Add all Copy right info and save as PNG

Let's get Started:

900 X 900

1.) EL 16 - Copy and Paste = C&P as a New Raster Layer = NRL- place in center and move it down a little -Tag Reference = TR -- Duplicate = Dup.-- close dup. for now -- 

2.) Tube -Resize = R - If needed - C&P as NRL- place between both flower layers -- with freehand selection tool -- point to point -- add shift -- feather 1 -- smoothing 0 -- anti alias - checked -- go around the part of tube, you don't want to get blotched out -- I went around the bear,and then opened up the top flower and deleted it... EX. 1 and EX. 2 - in my files - 

3.) Dup. Tube -- Blur -- Gaussian 6 -- Blend Mode -- Burn -- opacity= 90 -- Merge Down = MD -- DS -- Close out bottom layer and Merge Visible = MV -- all layers -- rename -- Frame
4.) EL. 2 -- C&P as NRL- DS -- move to right side bottom -- Dup. - R = 70 %- sharpen -- mirror-- place in center left--
5.) Close out tube and right cupcake -- working on duplicate - go to filters -- find your MuRa's Meister - copies - EX. 3 -- When done, Dup. -- mirror -- place them together -- EX. 4 -- with everything already closed but the cupcake layers-- MV  and rename them Cupcakes-- TR -- open frame layer and right cupcake, go ahead and leave the bottom closed
6.) EL. 15 -- C&P as NRL- -- place upper right and Dup. -- mirror flip -- MD -- and move layer to above cupcakes but below frame layers -- NO DS-- TR
7.) EL. 43 -- R = 70% - unsharp mask = USM --- C&P as NRL- Dup.--Mirror -- line them up across the tag- remember to leave about 2 to 3 blocks from both sides-- crop opaque -- move layer right below the frame layer -- DS
8.) EL.39 -- C&P as NRL-- place on left bottom-- DS -- TR
9.) EL.41 -R = 70% -- USM- C&P as NRL- move up a little --place layer right above bottom
10.)  EL. 5 -R = 70% -- USM- C&P as NRL- place it on right in the middle -- DS -- TR
11.) EL. 8 -- R = 50% & 80% -- USM  -- C&P as NRL - place top left behind tube -- DS -- TR -- Dup.-- R = 80% -- sharpen -- move to bottom right -- TR
12.) EL. 6 -- R = 50% -- USM -- C&P as NRL- place on top left in front of #8  and to the right-- DS -- TR --Dup.-- R = 80% sharpen -- move to bottom right and left of #8 - Dup. 1 more time,and move this one to the right of #8..-- TR
13.) EL. 7 -- R = 50% - USM - C&P as NRL- place this one on top left in front of #8 and to the left -- DS -- TR -- Dup. R = 80% sharpen -- move to bottom right and right of #8 -- Dup. 1 more time,and move this one to the left of #8  -- TR
14.) EL. 38 -- C&P as NRL- place on upper right -- Dup. - mirror - flip -- MD -- Move layer right above the bottom layer
15.) EL. 34 -- C&P as NRL - place on left center - move layer right below frame layer -- DS -- TR
16.) EL. 36 - R = 50% X2 -- USM - C&P as NRL- place on left center -- DS -- TR - Dup. - mirror  place below original - TR
17.) EL. 37 - R = 50% X2--USM - C&P as NRL- place in center -- DS --Move layer below frame - Dup. -- mirror -- TR
18.) EL. 23 -- R = 50% - USM -- C&P as NRL- place left bottom -- DS -- TR
19.) EL. 20 -- R = 50% -- USM -- C&P as NRL- move to over the Teapot -- DS -- TR
20.) EL. 14 -- 50% & 80%X2 -- USM -- C&P as NRL- place on bottom center -- DS -- TR -- Dup. -- R = 80% sharpen -- Move it where you want, add a few, by Dup. and Resizing 80% -- TR 
21.) EL. 27 - R = 50% & 80% X 2- USM -- C&P as NRL- place on bottom front - DS - TR -- Dup. - R - 80% -  place a few around
22.) EL. 30 -- R = 50% X2 - USM -- C&P as NRL- place on top of Large Cupcake -- DS -- TR
23.) EL. 44 - R = 50% - USM -- C&P as NRL - free rotate - 90% right - move layer in front of cupcake on the right. DS
24.) EL. 45 - R = 50% - USM -- C&P as NRL- free rotate - 90% right - place this one next to #44.- DS -  Move layer right above the cupcake layer.-- TR
25.) EL. 40 -- R = 50% - USM-- C&P as NRL-- place on upper right side-- free rotate- Left 25-- DS -- TR -- Dup. -- R - 80% - sharpen- mirror- TR
26.) With Bottom layer still closed -MV all layers -- R = 56% sharpen
27.) Add Paper of choice I used P8-- Add mask -- delete mask- ungroup layers. -- (crop Opaque)  Now open bottom layer and MV. all layers --
28.) Add All Copy Right info. and Name then save as PNG.

Trese Tags and Tuts "Brushes" # 10 Here
Drop Shadow = DS -= 2,2, 50,5 black
Let's get started:
Download the Brushes and My Supplies in a folder you can use them from.
900 X 900
1.) EL. 5 - mirror- Copy and Paste = C&P as New Raster Layer = NRL --paste it in center of canvas
2.) With Magic Wand click inside of each circle - Selection - modify - expand X8
3.) Paper 4 ( or one of choice) --C&P as NRL -- paste it over frame- Invert on frame -- delete on paper -- Select None = SN
move layer below the frame layer--DS -- both, rename frame
4.) Close out bottom layer--now still on paper layer - effects-- textures - blinds - Width 15 -- opacity = 100% -- color 950000
Horizontal and left from left/top --checked -- EX.1
5.)  Go back to texture effects -- weave--gap4-width = 5 -- opacity = 100 -- weave color -- Do3C45 -- gap color 9A0012 - fill gaps is checked -- ok -- EX2
6.) Down load the brushes from "Trese Tags and Tuts"  
add a nice butterfly brush-- remember to add a NRL for each butterfly. when done Merge Down =MD --rename brush
7.)  Close the paper layer --with magic wand -- click inside the 1st circle - selections - modify - expand 6---C&P as NRL - the large tube -- invert and delete -- duplicate = dup = tube --blur-motion blur--angle = 105 -- Strength = 51 --Blend Mode = multiply -- opacity = 85%-- MD --DS -- BlendMode = Multiply-- Opacity = 100 --MD to paper
8.) You can repeat # 7 and add another part of her body: I added a star brush using black as my color.Remember to add another layer so you can change the way you like. now close background- rename frame=move it up a little-- Tag Reference = TR
9.) EL. 18 ---C&P as NRL - place in center of frame-- DS -- TR
10.) EL. 26 ---C&P as NRL - place on bottom right -- DS- dup. and mirror-flip-MD-move below frame layer
11.) EL. 27 ---C&P as NRL - mirror- place on bottom left--dup.-mirror-flip--TR
12.) EL. 29 -- mirror -- Resize = R --75% unsharp mask = USM --DS -- dup.-R = 75% --place next to 1st rose (left bottom side) --DS --dup. 75% --sharpen -- move to left bottom--TR--DS all roses--dup. and move to top center--move layer right below frame--TR
13.) EL. 3 --C&P as NRL --place on top right - dup. -- move to where the seam is togther--MD --Crop --900X900 --NO DS--TR--EX.4
14.) EL. 30 --R--50%  USM--C&P as NRL -mirror -- place on top left-- DS--TR-- dup.-- move over a little --  dup. - mirror  dup. move to far right 
15.) EL. 1 ---C&P as NRL -- place on right side of frame-- DS -- TR
16.) EL. 3 -- R = 50% USM--C&P as NRL --place on cherry top left -- DS -- TR -- dup. -- move this to other cherry (TR) when done MD to the Cherries.
17.) EL. 11 --C&P as NRL - place on right side bottom--DS -- TR
18.) EL. 14 -- R = 50% -- USM --C&P as NRL - place on bottom right -- DS -- TR
19.) EL. 25 - R = 50% USM --C&P as NRL - place on bottom center--DS--next to other roses--dup.-Mirror -- TR
20.) EL. 38 -- R - 50% --  USM ---C&P as NRL - place on left side  --  move layer below frame  --  DS -- dup. -- mirror -- TR --MD
21.) EL. 4 -- dup. -(we're gonna change the color) close original, working on the dup. --adjust-- manual color correction --"Source" color = D2789F -- "Target" color = 810111 -- Hue = 250 --Sat= 251 -- L= 65--copy merged and paste this on bottom -- DS --move to upper top center-- dup. --flip-- EX. 5
22.) EL. 37 -- R = 80% -- sharpen ---C&P as NRL -place on left frame--infront of roses -- DS  --TR
23.) Tube #2 -- (Resize if needed) sharpen ---C&P as NRL -place on right side of tag--dup. -- blur -- gaussian 6--BM = burn--Opacity = 70%  MD--DS
24.) EL. 42 -- R = 80% -- USM ---C&P as NRL - place on bottom-- center --DS--TR
25.) EL. 43 -- R = 50%  &  80%-- USM ---C&P as NRL - place on bottom left of shoes -- DS-- TR
26.) EL. 2 --R -- 70% USM ---C&P as NRL - dup. -- mirror -- DS -- TR  
27.) EL. 7 ---C&P as NRL - place over top of liquid -- TR
28.) M.V. all layers but bottom layer-- R = 56% -- sharpen
29.) Paper of choice,-C&P as NRL - place it above the bottom layer--add Mask of choice--delete mask -- ungroup layers - now open bottom--MV all layers..
30.) When happy add all Copy Right information-- and name
Save as PNG
