Let's Start
Drop Shadow = DS-- 2,2,50,5, black
Copy and Paste = C&P
New Raster Layer = NRL
Resize = R
Tag Reference = TR
Merge Down = MD
Duplicate = dup.
Blend Mode = BM
Opacity = Op.
800 X 800
1.) Get 2 colors from tube ( I used b/88060b f/ 970b09 ) close the fill
2.) with Ellipse tool--show nodes--create as vector checked-- line solid--20--size
Draw a circle-- objects--align center in canvas-- Convert to raster layer.
3.) EL 91 --- R= 20% & 80% X 3-- sharpen ---unsharp- mask-- C&P---as NRL-- place in middle --close out circle and go to Mura's Meister Copies--encircle-- default --- but change # line to 8-- ok-- then with your Raster Deform tool.Pick tool-stretch to fit the circle--You should see some red through the circle-- EX. 1 
turn off deform tool-- DS and DS circle--then MD
4.) With Lasso tool--point to point--add shift--feather= 0--smoothing = 0-- anti - alias---checked--- go around frame--making sure you stay in the center of the frame.
5.) Paper 6 -- R - 23%--unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL-- invert on frame--delete on paper-- Crop--opaque--then DS paper
6.) Tube --R-if needed---C&P as NRL -- dup.--blur--gaussian-blur--6
BM = soft light -- op=100 --MD
7.) Dup. again--move this layer below frame== on top erase any at the bottom that is above the frame, on dup.--erase any that is below the frame..DS--dup.
8.) EL 88 --R = 23% & 80%--unsharp mask==place on top of left frame--DS-- dup. -- mirror and MD
9.) EL 59-- R= 19% -- un-sharp mask== C&P as NRL-- place behind frame=mirror--flip and place on bottom left--dup.--flip--mirror--place on top right--MD--DS--
10.) EL 52--R = 23%--unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL--mirror--place on right side-- DS--dup.-- mirror---MD--place layer below frame--above leaves
11.) EL 16-- R = 20%--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL-- mirror--and place on upper left corner-- DS--TR
12.) EL 153--R =35 % & 80% -- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place on right corner--DS
13.) EL 17-- R = 60% & 80% X2-- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL --place on bottom right-- free - rotate--- left 50%
14.) EL 154-- R= 35% & 80 % --- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place below EL 153--DS--TR
15.) EL 19-- R = 13% & 80% -- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--Place on EL 153 & 154--free rotate--left 20% & DS
16.) EL 31-- R = 20% -- unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL -- place on Bottom--DS-- TR-- below EL19
17.) EL 33 --- R = 43 -C&P as NRL--DS--dup.--flip--MD--place layer right above background.
18.) EL 43-- R = 18%-- unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL--Place on top right bottom---DS
19.) EL 78-- R = 35% -- unsharp mask---C&P as NRL--Place on bottom left -- move layer--below- EL 43--- DS
20.) El 73-- R- = 35 % X2-- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL-- place on left bottom--DS--place below flowers
21.) EL 70--R = 35 % & 80% X3 -- unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL-- mirror and place on left side of frame--DS--TR
22.) EL 92-- R = 20% & 80 % X2-- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place on left frame bottom---DS
23.) EL 147 -- R-= 10% & 80 % X2-- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place on left side bottom--DS--place behind apple--mirror-- TR
24.) EL 57 --R = 10% & 80%--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL and place on lower left side --DS--TR
25.) EL 62--R -=30% & 50% X2--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place beside the apple--DS--TR--dup. --R = 80% -- move next to original
26.) EL 86-- R = 20 % & 70 % X2--- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place on top left --DS--TR--dup.--R = 80 %-- place right below it--dup. this one --R = 80% move this below the 2nd.--TR
27.) EL 64 -- R= 24 % -- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL-- mirror and place on left side--move below--layer right above the paper layer--dup..& mirror--- MD--DS
28.) Close background layer--Merge Visible all layers-- R = 63 % = 504 X504
29.) Paper 1 R = 14 %--unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL-- place below merged--mirror-- flip-- add mask of choice--delete mask--ungroup layers..
30.) Add ALL Copy Right Info-- Name--
and save as PNG.
