Let's Begin
Drop Shadow = DS= 2,2,50,5,black

800 X 800
1.) P1--Resize = R-80% X20--sharpen--unsharp mask-- Copy & Paste = C&P as New Raster Layer = NRL-- Place on upper right side,about 3 squares from the edge.
2.) Add NRL-- With paint brush--round-fuzzy soft--size 100--step = 5--density = 100--rotation = 0 00 opacity = Op-= 100 (default settings) using the picture as an example, this color (576d7d) color your layer,to just below the paper layer..don't worry you can cut the excess off as shown in my examples,1&2 ,found in my supplies. Move layer below paper layer.
3.) Grass (in supplies) --C&P as NRL--place on bottom of canvas ( don't DS)--duplicate = dup..--move this layer up until it covers the pond..Merge Down = MD--and place layer right above sky layer. Ex.3
4.) Tube-- (R--if needed)----C&P as NRL--Place on lower left side,dup.--blur-gaussian 6--Blend Mode = BM= Hard light -- Op.= 90%--MD--DS--Tag reference = TR.
5.) Trail--mirror----C&P as NRL--place on left side of canvas, and move layer below tube layer--DS--TR
6.) Mushroom House--R= 50% X2--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--place it at the end of the trail--DS--move layer below tube.
7.) Mushroom- R= 50%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--place on bottom right--DS--TR--you can dup. and move them around, I resized as I went,80%-(sharpen for each resize)--MD
8.) Leaves 4----C&P as NRL--place upper right corner(Don't DS)--dup.--mirror--on dup..--Op=70%--MD
9.) Bird house--R=80%X2--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--mirror--place it behind the tube--move layer below tube layer..DS--TR
10.) Flower---C&P as NRL-- Place on right side--move layer below the mushroom layer---DS-
11.) Flowers--the blue ones--R=50%--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--move to left and over some--place in front of bird house--move layer below tube layer--DS--TR
12.)Leaves 3----C&P as NRL--place on left side--DS--place layer below tube layer--TR--dup.--mirror--MD
13.) Leaves 2----C&P as NRL----place on right bottom--DS
14.) Unicorn--R = 50%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--place in front of paper-move layer to right above paper--DS--TR
15.) Tree 2--R=50%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--place behind mushroom house--DS--TR--move layer down to right above unicorn.
16.) Water Lily--R=50%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--place on paper--move layer to above paper layer--DS--dup.--R=80%-sharpen-place where you like on water.

22.) Branch--R=50%--unsharp mask---C&P as NRL--mirror--place on right side-up by tree--DS--move layer right above the paper layer.--TR
23.) Sparkle-R=50%-unsharp mask----C&P as NRL----place on right side--on branch1--DS
24.) Air Balloon--R= 50%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--place top of paper--DS--TR
25.) Branch 2----C&P as NRL--place on top--move over to left --DS--TR
26.) Bubbles 2-R=50%--unsharp mask---C&P as NRL--mirror--place left on paper--TR--move layer below tube layer--(DON'T DS)

29.) Bird 2--R = 60%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--mirror--place in front of unicorn--TR--DS
30.)Bird----C&P as NRL--place on very bottom right side--DS--TR
31.) Butterflyes--(no I did not misspell it..lol)--C&P as NRL--place in center and move to top.DS--TR
32.) Sparkle 4--R=60%--unsharp mask---C&P as NRL---place on left side--move below tube layer (Don't DS)
33.) Sparkle 3---C&P as NRL---Place on upper right side--place layer behind tube--(Don't DS)
34.) Sparkle 2---C&P as NRL---place it up and over to left a little--TR--(don't DS)
35.) Sparkle 1----C&P as NRL--place on bottom-once happy Merge Visible all layers--R=63%--sharpen
36.) Now go to layers--add Border--4 inches--E4178E
and 2 inches---576D7D
once done..
37.) R==97% --- all layers--unsharp mask-
38.) Add All Copy Right Information--Name and Save as PNG

move paper below frame--DS both.
Click canvas- and shift D--you are coping canvas.--set aside.
Now back on original canvas
4.) Close-up tube--(R -if needed) --C&P as NRL-- place beneath frame--duplicate=Dup.-- blur--gaussian blur-6--Blend mode=BM-Multiply---opacity = Op.-=80%-- Merge Down -= MD--DS--Place the tube the way you want and then erase any hanging out of frame.Merge tube with frame---Tag reference= TR
4.b) on the other canvas,Tube --C&P as NRL--Repeat the above,making sure you move tube a bit,and make it look a little different..when done-- Copy Merged and paste as new layer on working canvas.. arrange the way I have mine..--TR
5.) EL 6--C&P as NRL-- place on top right--move layer right above background--TR
6.) EL 40- Mirror---C&P as NRL--place on bottom left--DS
7.) EL 42--R=70% X2--sharpen--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--Place on right side--DS
8.) EL 43--R= 70% X2--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL-- place on right side--DS--TR
9.) Dup.EL 43--a few times-- placing them around canvas--(I placed mine on EL6,  resizing 80%--each time)
10.) El 45----C&P as NRL--place on right side--place layer above background--DS--TR
11.) EL 13.--R=80%--unsharp mask----C&P as NRL----Place on bottom front--DS
12.) EL 15--R=80% unsharp mask----C&P as NRL--Place on upper left side--DS

Fence 3--R--80% X2-unsharp mask-C&P as NRL--place on bottom of canvas--move layer right above the background layer-With raster deform tool-grab your nodes and bring the fence down--about 3/4 way down.Now grab the top node and move it up--then straighten it up to look like a mat..(Examples are in my supplies)DS--TR

16.) Patchwork quilt-(also in supplies)-R = 80%--unsharp mask-C&P as NRL--place layer above the fence--use deform tool-the same way you did the fence..DS-TR

17.) Glitter Spill 5--R = 60% & 80% X3-unsharp mask-C&P as NRL-place beneath the quilt-on the right side--DS--TR

18.) Glitter Spill 1--R = 60% & 80% X2-unsharp mask-C&P as NRL- place it on the bottom,left under the quilt--move layer below quilt--DS--TR

39.) Skull 4- R = 50% X2 & 80% --unsharp mask-C&P as NRL--place on shoe--DS--TR--merge down

40.) Spray can 2--R = 50% X2--unsharp mask-C&P as NRL--place on right,just above quilt--DS--TR

41.) Spray can 1-- R = 50% X2--unsharp mask-C&P as NRL--place next to other can--free rotate--left 15

42.) paint drip 3--R = 20%-- unsharp mask-C&P as NRL---place on front of shoe-- DS--TR--I copied and resized mine(optional)

43.) Tube 1-R = 40%--unsharp mask-C&P as NRL--place on quilt--DS--TR-( I placed mine around) {optional--repeat with all other tubes.}

44.) Glitter 2--C&P as NRL--place layer below tube--do not DS--TR

45.) Glitter 1--C&P as NRL--place on top of quilt--behind tube--(No DS) TR

46.) Close Drip 1 & all other layers above the drips & background--Merge Visible--rename Bottom--close --open all other layers above the drips--merge visible--rename top--now you should have--Background--bottom--7drip layers--and top--

47.) C&P paper of choice (I used #15)-MB n SW mask #8--add mask--delete mask--ungroup layers-

48.) Resize all 63%--sharpen--Add all CR info.--if you don't want to animate-delete the extra drips and MV all layers..

Add name and save as PNG..

Lets animate

49.) Open drips--Copy merged and paste into animation shop--as new animation..

50.) PSP-9-- close drips 1-- open drips 2--copy merged--and paste after current frame.

51.) Repeat the above steps for all layers-should have 7 frames..

52.) Click on 1st frame--edit-select all- animation-animation properties- opaque--white

53.) frame properties

#1= 10, #2 = 33, #3 = 33, #4 = 33, #5 = #34,

#6 = 33, #7 = 33

C&P--P3--as NRL--place over frame 1--invert on frame-delete on paper--(keep selected)

3.)Tube 1 -R- if needed-C&P as NRL-place over frame 1--delete on tube--select none= SN-

duplicate = dup. tube--blur-gaussian6--Blend mode= BM= burn--opacity = OP.= 80% -merge down= MD--DS both tube and paper--then merge these 2--and move layer below frame

4.) Repeat 2 & 3-- for frames 2 & 3-- changing the paper if you wished..I used-- Frame2=paper 14---Frame3=paper8

5.) Click inside all 3 frame--select-modify--expand X6--Do it separately--

6.) Paper 19-- C&P as NRL--place over frame-- invert on frame and delete on paper--SN--DS--move paper below frame.-- rename-- frame1-frame2-frame3

(This is for animation) close these layers.

7.) Bubbles1--C&P as NRL--place behind film--move to top right--dup.----mirror--flip--MD--don't DS.--

8.) Camera--C&P as NRL--place on bottom right--DS

9.) Doodle 4--C&P as NRL--place on left side--move layer above bubbles layer..DS

10.) Doodle 5-C&P as NRL--Place on right side--move layer right above doodle 4 layer---DS--tag reference=TR

11.) Flower 1-- C&P as NRL---place on top right--DS- move layer below film layers-TR

12.) Flower 2-- C&P as NRL--Place on bottom left--flip--DS--move layer below film layers--TR

22.) R= 63% all layers--if you do not wish to animate..go ahead and delete-frames1-3= merge visible all layers..

23.) Add ALL Copy Right info-- and name and save as PNG..

To animate

1.) After adding your credits--Close all layers--Open the ones below the 1st tube layer and Merge Visible--rename---bottom--close

2.) open all layers above Frame3-(keep tube 4 closed)-Merge visible and rename---Top 

3.) On photo 1- make active--select all-float--defloat-

Filter--AAA-frame/foto frame--W= 5--OP = 50--- SN

(Repeat) for frames 2 & 3

3.) On tube with camera-with freehand selection tool--point to point--add shift--feathering=0--smoothing=0--anti-alias checked---dup.--Illumination effect--sunburst-- the placing of your light depends on where the camera is--

the rest of the settings keep the same--Color = white--light spot--brightness = 25

H=3 --V=3

RAYS

Density=33

Brightness=100

name tube layers 1=without light

2nd layer = with light

Let's animate

Open animation shop and make sure w/light is closed.

open all other layers

A.)Copy merged and paste into AS as new animation

B.) Close without/light---open w/light & frame 1--Copy merged and paste after current frame

C.) Close w/light & frame1--open Without out/light--copy merged--and paste after current frame.

D.)Close without/light--- Open w/light and frame2-copy merged--and paste after current frame.

E.) Close w/light and frame2--open without light and copy merged--paste after current frame..

G.) Close without light and Open w/light and frame3--copy merged and paste after current frame..

In animation shop you should have 6 frames

Click on 1st frame--edit--select all- animation properties--opaque--white

now change your frame properties for all frames

Frame 1= 150

 Frame 2 =50   

Frame 3 =300 

Frame 4 = 50

Frame 5 = 300

     Frame 6 = 200

1.) MbTree-- Copy and Paste = C&P as New Raster Layer = NRL--- DS

2.) MbBrew-- Resize = R= 40% & 80% X3 -- sharpen-- unsharp mask-C&P as NRL - place on left of tree--DS

3.) Grass1 (you'll find in supplies) C&P as NRL-- place on tag and move it to the bottom..Duplicate = dup. and move this layer behind tree layer- (all your examples are in the supplies) DS both

4.) MbKittySkull--R = 30% & 80% -- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL-- place on right side of tree--DS

5.)MbPumpkin--R = 30% & 80% X2-- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL --place on right side of tree--move layer below skull layer

6.) Tube 1-R--if needed--C&P as NRL and place on the left side of cauldren--move layer below tree layer--DS--tag reference = TR

7.) Tube 2--R--if needed---C&P as NRL--place on limb--DS--TR

8.) Tube 3-- C&P as NRL--place this one in front of tree--DS

9.) MbSandy--R= 30% & 80%--unsharp mask--- C&P as NRL--place on top of headstone--DS--TR

10.) MbParty Cat--R= 30% & 80% X3-unsharp mask- C&P as NRL--place on right side in front of headstone--DS--TR

11.) MbParty bubbles--30%- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place over the cauldren--move layer below tube3 layer--DS--TR

12.) MbMonster 4--R--30% & 80% X3-- unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place on left of cauldren--DS

13.) MbMonster 3 --R=30%--unsharp mask--  C&P as NRL--place on tree--DS--TR

14.) MbMonster 1---R = 30%--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL---place on the left side--DS--TR

15.)MbMarbley--r=30% & 80% x2--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--Place on bottom in front of cauldren---DS--TR

16.) MbBanner--R = 89% -sharpen--  C&P as NRL---place on top move layer below the tree layer ---DS--

17.) MbBonbon1--R = 20% --unsharp mask--  C&P as NRL--- place a few around the bottom. DS

18.) MbBonbon2--R = 20%---unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL---place a few around the bottom--DS--TR

19.) MbCandy1--R=20% & 80% X4--unsharp mask-- C&P as NRL--place on bottom--maybe a few around as well--DS

20.)MbCandy2--R-=20% & 80% X4--unsharp mask--- C&P as NRL--place these on bottom,and maybe a few around---DS

21.) MbLolli1--R = 40% & 80% X2- -unsharp mask-Mirror- C&P as NRL--place on the right side--move layer below the headstone layer---DS--TR-

22.) Find a stock photo of choice (I found mine under Halloween) find something you'd like..

Once done..Merge Visible all layers--R=  63%

Add all Copy Right Info..if you don't want to animate go ahead and add your name and save as PNG..

To animate,

Since I did the owl myself,I have included it with my supplies..Do not use this animation on any other tutorial..

Copy Merged tag and paste into Animation shop.

Duplicate this 4 X's = 5 frames

on 1st frame--edit--select all-{on Owl} (1st frame--select all) Back on tag, propagate paste and paste into selected frame...

When done-- Change your frame properties to 

#1 frame = 100

#2-4 = 50

#5 = 150..

View and when happy save as GIF.
