Filters-- EC5--Impact-- Glass Here 
Copy & Paste --= C&P
New Raster Layer--= NRL
Drop Shadow--= DS = 2,2,50,5 black
Tag Reference --= TR
Resize--= R
Merge Visible --= MV
Merge Down --= MD
Select None --= SN
Opacity --= Op
Blend Mode --=BM
Duplicate --= Dup.

Let's get started!

1.) Frame 2 --- C&P as NRL ---
2.) With Magic wand--click on inside of frame--selections--modify--expand X 6--C&P Close=up as NRL---invert on frame--delete --move below frame--SN--DS both
3.) P-5--With magic wand--click on the inside of frame-- C&P paper as NRL---invert on frame--delete--on paper-move below close-up--DS--
4.) with Lasso Tool- point-to-point-add shift-feather-0-smoothing-0-anti-alias-checked-go around the center of frame--add NRL
5.) EC5-Impact-Glass-settings--clear no DS--basic--18,30,0 inside selection-checked,color-ACACAC--OP=0,0,50,40,0,10.80,20-- ok
go to Effects-Reflection effects-rotating mirrors- rotation angle-= 48-- Horizontal = -1, -- Vertical = -2, -- Reflect-checked--close background--MV all layers--rename frame--move it up to the right a little--TR
6.) Brides maid dress--C&P as NRL--place  left of the frame--DS
7.) Brides dress -- C&P as NRL--Place in front of the dress--DS
8.) Tuxedo--C&P as NRL-- place beside the brides maids dress--DS
9.) Tiara--R = 80% X3--sharpen--un-sharp mask--C&P as NRL--place right side of frame--free rotate--20% right--DS
10.) Top Hat --R= 50% --un-sharp mask--free rotate--left 20% --DS
11.) Shoes -- R= 50% un-sharp mask-C&P as NRL-Place below frame=next to brides dress--DS--TR
12.) Dove-R= 50% --un-sharp mask--C&P as a NRL--place on top of frame, in the center--DS--TR 
13.) Ring-C&P as NRL--place on lower right side of canvas--mirror--DS--BM--soft light-- Op = 80%
14.) Bouquet--R = 80% X2--unsharp mask--place beside the ring--DS--move layer below shoe layer
15.) Butterfly swirl --C&P as NRL--place below frame layer--move to upper right side--DS --TR
16.) Tube-- R--if needed--C&P as NRL and place on lower left bottom--Dup..blur==gaussian 6-- BM = soft light-- Op.--100---MD---DS
17.) Cake--R=65% unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place in front of the bouquet--DS
18.) Champers--R = 80% X 2--unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--place next to cake--DS--TR
19.) Lace--C&P as NRL-- free rotate -=90% left -- place on left side--move below tube layer---DS---Dup.--mirror--move below frame.
20) Bag--R = 80% X2 -- unsharp mask-- place in front of tube--DS--TR
21.) Balloon-- R = 80%-- sharpen--place right side-- middle of canvas-- DS--TR
22.) Flute -- R = 80% X2-- unsharp mask--place behind chomps -- DS-- dup.--place right next to other--MD--TR
23.) Kiss--R= 60% -- unsharp mask--place on left side of frame--(Gradient Glow--3--fat (optional))-- DS--dup. -- R= 80%-- place a few kisses around if you want.
24.) Sparkles-- C&P as NRL--  place over frame---(DO NOT DS) TR
25.)Pearls--C&P as NRL--Place on top move layer below frame--DS--TR
26.) With background still closed--MV--all layers-- R = 63% all layers--sharpen on tag..
27.) C&P P6-- (or one of your choosing) add a mask of your choice..
28.) Open background--MV all layers
add all Copy Rights-- &  Name-- save as PNG
