The Scrap kit I am using is "Vintage Sands" and can be found Here
The tube I am using is by Anastasiya Igolochka and can be found Here
Drop Shadow = DS--2,2,50,5 black
Let's begin
800 X 800
1.) Frame 4--Copy and Paste = C&P---As New Raster Layer = NRL-- place in center of canvas--With magic wand click inside --selections--modify--expand 20
2.) P6--C&P as NRL- place over frame, invert on frame,delete on paper. Crop-opaque--if needed Select None= SN..Put paper below frame.
3.) Tube- -C&P as NRL-Resize = R- if needed..Duplicate =dup. tube--adjust--Gaussian blur-6--Blend Mode = Soft light--Merge down = MD-Now dup. the tube again,and place this one below the frame..on top tube, with Lasso tool-point to point, add shift--feather=0, smoothing=0,anti alias-checked..go around the tube,that is sticking out of the frame--once happy, delete--and DS bottom tube..tag reference = TR--now close out the bottom layer, and Merge Visible all other layers--rename this layer--Frame.
4.) Bead Scatters - -C&P as NRL--place below frame--Dup--flip--mirror--MD--and DS--place this below frame.
5.) Clock--R= 50% X2 & 80% --sharpen--unsharp mask---C&P as NRL- place on top right corner--move layer above the bead--DS 7 TR
6.) Dock -- R = 80% -- unsharp mask-- -C&P as NRL--- place on bottom left-- Ds & TR
7.) VS Grass-R = 80% --unsharp mask---C&P as NRL- place bottom all the way to the left--DS & TR
8.) Sand -- -C&P as NRL-place on bottom right-- DS & TR
9.) Sand Castle-- R = 60%-- unsharp mask---C&P as NRL-place on bottom right--DS--TR
10.) Starfish--R = 25%--unsharp mask ---C&P as NRL- place in front right corner, around the sand castle--DS & TR
11.) Shell 1 and Shell 2 - R= 25% for each of them--unsharp mask---C&P as NRL- place them in bottom right corner--DS--TR-- I duplicated mine a couple of times--resized and added them here and there..
12.) Rocks--R= 40%-- un sharp mask---C&P as NRL- place below shell layer--DS--TR
13.) Light House-R = 40%--un sharp mask-- -C&P as NRL- place on left side--behind the dock--move layer right above the buuble lyer--DS & TR
14.) Flowers 2 -- R=40%--unsharp mask---C&P as NRL- place on left side--free rotate--30 left--DS--place on top of frame---TR
15.) open background layer--Merge Visible all layers--add All Copy right info., your name and save as PNG..
