Angel of Mine PTU

I wrote this Tutorial,any resemblance is purely a coincidence.

You'll need 2 Tubes, 1 full and 1 not

My supplies Here

Drop Shadow = DS 

900 X 900

1.) EL 41 -- Copy and Paste = C&P as New Raster Layer = NRL. -- Place in center of canvas.

2.) With Lasso tool - {point to point - add shift -- feather = 0 -- smoothing = 0 --- anti-alias -- checked } go around one side of the gate-- ( EX.1 ) -- Copy merged --Select None = SN-- place it next to the poles ( EX.2 ) tag reference = TR.. now duplicate = dup. - mirror - and make sure this one is at the same height as the original -- continue doing this till you have a fence - once your happy -- close bottom layer and Merge Visible = MV. --rename = Frame -- DS & TR

3.) Grass - C & P as NRL - place it at bottom of the tag? dup. and mirror -- Merge Down = MD -- dup. --  flip and place this on top of the bottom grass-- continue to do this until your grass is slightly below fence. when all is done with the bottom still closed -- close off fence -- and MV all grass layers. DS and then Crop -- opaque -- 900 X 900 -- rename grass. move grass layer below frame layer.

4.) Sky --- C & P as NRL - dup. -- and mirror -- MD -- crop - opaque -- and rename Sky -- NO--DS. -- move this layer below the grass layer.

5.) Clouds -- Resize = R -- 75% -- sharpen--  C & P as NRL --

place in center and then move it up -- dup. --R = 75% sharpen-move to the right----rename clouds -- NO--DS.--TR

6.) EL. 34 --- C & P as NRL---place  upper right side-- move layer below cloud layers--move it to the larger cloud-- TR
7.) EL. 38 -- R = 75% X 2 -- unsharp mask = USM --  C & P as NRL --  place over the moon -- No -- DS -- TR
8.) EL. 34 -- R = 75% X 2 -- sharpen --  C & P as NRL -- place her next to the gate on the left side -- DS -- TR
9.) EL. 3 --  C & P as NRL -- place on the gate -- DS -- TR
10.) EL. 6 --R= 80 % X 3 --USM --   C & P as NRL -- place in front of fence on right side-- DS -- TR
11.) EL. 40 -- R = 60% & 80% --  C & P as NRL -- mirror and place on Upper left side -- DS--TR
12.) Tube --  C & P as NRL -- dup. -- blur - gaussian 6- Blend Mode = BM = multiply -- opacity -- 90% -- MD -- DS -- TR
13.) EL. 1 --R= 50% --USM -- C & P as NRL -- place on left side-- dup. -- blur -- gaussian -6 -- BM = Hard light -- opacity - 80% -- MD -- DS-- TR-- dup. -- R = 80% -- move it to right side -- mirror
14.) EL. 15 -- R - 60% sharpen -- C & P as NRL --DS - Move this below the tube layer -- TR
15.) EL.17 --  C & P as NRL -- place this on left side- move  layer below the bird -- NO - DS
16.) EL 2. -- R = 50% X2 -USM  -- C & P as NRL -place it next to wand-- DS --  TR
17.) EL. 12 - R = 50% & 80% X 2 --USM-- C & P as NRL -place on right side-- near fence--DS -- dup -- R = 80% sharpen -- move over by kitty on left--dup. --R = 80% -- mirror -place near smaller Kitty -- TR
18.) Tube 2 (-R = if needed -) R = 80% sharpen --- C & P as NRL - -dup.-- blur - motion -- BM = soft light - Opacity = 90% -- MD -- DS - with shadow on new layer - checked --MD -- OP. = 100  -- move layer below the gate layers-- right above the sky -- DS - TR --Opacity 70%
19.) EL. 21 -- R = 60%--USM -- C & P as NRL -place on bottom right --DS-- TR -- Dup -- R -- 80% sharpen --  move to right in front of gate -- TR
20.) EL. 29 -- C & P as NRL -- Place on right near the fence -- then move layer below the fence layer -- DS -- dup -- R =60% -- mirror -- and move it toward the dove --TR
21.) EL. 27 -- R 50% & 80% --USM -- C & P as NRL - place in center front -- DS -- TR -- with raster deform tool
 move up mouse and place it on top center nofe -- move down -- (EX.3), (EX. 4) then move it up slightly--as in  (EX.5)--place layer below 1st angel layer--
22.) EL. 25 -- C & P as NRL - place in center of tag.. moved layer --  down a littl -- move layer below wand layer--  TR -- DS
23.)  EL. 26 -- C & P as NRL --place on top of tag--dup & flip -now open bottom of layer- MV--all layers
24.) Resize 56% - sharpen -- add ALL Copy Right info--save as PNG

Let's Begin
900 X 900
1.) EL 21 --C&P as NRL -- place in center -- Free rotate--Left-30
2.) With Magic Wand click inside of frame.
Selections - modify - expand X 30
P15 -- or one of choice -- invert on frame -- delete on paper-select none= SN--move paper layer under frame-- DS both
3.) Closeup tube --C&P as NRL -- Resize = R -- if needed..
Place her under the frame,and erase any that is over hanging under the frame.--duplicate= dup.--Blur -- gaussian --6 -- Blend Mode = BM -- soft light -- opacity -- 90% -- Merge Down= MD--- DS -- BM = Luminance (Legacy) opacity = 90% -- close bottom -- merge visible = MV - move it up to the right a little. Tag Reference = TR
4.) EL 24-- C&P as NRL--move to center left-- place layer below frame.   With Magic wand click the inside of frame,selections -- modify -- expand X20--P.-4--(or 1 of choice) C&P as NRL-- invert on frame --- delete on paper-- SN --move layer below  #4 -- DS -- both-- TR
5.) EL 11-- R = 60 % -- sharpen -- unsharp mask -- USM --
C&P as NRL -- place on top of p4 -- dup. -move below frame-- clear top one --DS bottom -- TR
6.) EL 12 --C&P as NRL -- place on top left -- DS
7.) EL 16 -- Place on Frame -- DS -- TR
8.) EL 10 -- R = 80 % sharpen--C&P as NRL -- place on bottom left -- DS -- TR
9.) Tube #2 -- R --if needed --C&P as NRL --Mirror -- move to right side --dup.--blur -- gaussian 6 -- BM = hard light -- opacity - 90 % -- MD -- DS -- TR
10.) EL 26 -- place on top right -- DS -- dup. -- mirror -- flip-- MD -- and place right above bottom layer.
11.) El 3 --C&P as NRL -- place upper right -- move layer below frame layer--DS-- dup. -- mirror -- MD
12.) EL 30 -- R = 60% & 80% -- USM --C&P as NRL -- place it next to tube -- DS
13.) EL 31 --C&P as NRL--place on right side --DS-- place behind tube -- TR
14.) EL 34-- R -- 30%-- USM ---dup. 2x's--close out bottom and top layer -- on 1st dup- Select all -- Float -- Defloat -- Color Balance--Manual Color Correction --- Source -- BE187D --Target-- 6D3F91-- then go to Hue and Saturation -- 194/101--SN--close this one and open 2nd duplicate(top layer) .Select all,Float, Defloat -- Color Balance --- Manual Color Correction-- Source -- ACB061 --- Target --FEE678 -- Hue and Saturation --24/251 -- SN --C&P as NRL--all the different colored eggs around ---  DS -- green,yellow,purple and pink -- I duplicated and resized them all by 80%, and placed a few around.
I also free rotated (1---left = 20%) and then (1--- right 20%)--do as many as you wish.
15.) EL 35-- R = 60% -- USM --C&P as NRL -- place bottom right-- DS & TR
16.) EL 40 do these the same as eggs -- as (#14) TR
17.) EL 41 - do these the same as eggs-- TR
18.) EL 8 -- R = 50% & 80% X3--USM--C&P as NRL-- place on bottom -- DS -- TR
19.) EL 9 -- R = 50% X2 -- USM --C&P as NRL--place on bottom enter or the left side of 2nd tube.
20.) With bottom still closed - resize - ALL Layers--R = 56% -- sharpen-- I used Xero filter -- porcelain-- default settings.. ( if you don't want to do this step,you don't have to)
now add a Paper of choice to the bottom layer--add a mask of choice---crop opaque--504 X 504 -- now open Bottom and MV. all layers--
21.) ADD ALL Copy Right info,Name and Save as PNG.

Let's Begin
Filter = Penta: Dot and Cross
Mask = Here -- Use # 0309
Drop Shadow = DS -- 2,2,50,5 black
2 to 3 tubes,  from same artist
900 X 900
1.) EL. 9 --C&P as NRL--place in center
2.) With Magic wand- click on center of Frame--Selection-modify-expand 30 -
3.) Paper 4 (or your choice)- -C&P as NRL-- place over frame-- invert 0n frame - delete on paper -- Select None-move paper below frame- DS both
4.) On paper - go to Penta- dot and cross - use default 
5.) 1 st. Tube---C&P as NRL--place under frame - erase any that over hangs in the bottom-Duplicate - blur - gaussian 6- Blend mode - Luminance Legacy- opacity-100--merge down- and add DS
6.) Close bottom layer - keep it closed through out tut.--Merge visible all Layers-- rename - frame
7.) EL 14 ---C&P as NRL---place upper right--move layer below frame--NO DS-- duplicate-- mirror -- flip
8.) EL 23--mirror --C&P as NRL--R=80 % -- sharpen-- place on left bottom-- DS -- TR
9.) EL 18 --R = 80% --sharpen---C&P as NRL-- place left Center--move below  (#8)  TR'
10.) EL 2.--C&P as NRL--Place on top right -- DS - TR
11.) EL 28 ---C&P as NRL-- Place on Bottom right -- DS -- TR -- Move layer below Frame
12.) EL 29 -- R = 80% --sharpen--C&P as NRL-- Place on top left-- DS-- TR
13.) EL 13 ---C&P as NRL--Place on left center--move layer below (#12) NO DS
14.) EL 16 ---C&P as NRL-- Place on lower left center-- DS--TR
15.) EL 36 --C&P as NRL-- Mirror -- Place on upper left - move layer below frame layer.
16.) Tube 2--C&P as NRL--place on lower left bottom--dup. - blur - gaussian 6 --blend mode - soft light--opocity 100 - MD==DS---TR
17.) EL 19. - R = 80% sharpen ---C&P as NRL-- place center bottom- Move layer below -- WA layer-- DS -- TR
18.) EL 39 -- R =70% & 80% -- mirror--USM--C&P as NRL-- place on right side bottom of heart frame--DS -- TR
19.) EL 43--C&P as NRL--place on left center-- DS-- TR --move layer below 2nd tube layer
20.) EL 5- R-60% X 2 -- USM ---C&P as NRL--place center top -- DS - TR-- dup.- move to left center--free rotate-left 25%--dup. again= R = 75% ==mirror=move to center on right side-- TR
21.) Close out WA and 2nd tube,with background still closed-- merge visible --all layers
22.)  {A.) If you don't want to animate go ahead and open your WA and 2nd tube-merge down--resize 56% = 504 X 504 -- add a paper of choice-- and then add Mask 0309-- delete mask and then ungroup layers..
B.) Make sure all layers are open,and merge visible--all layers-
Add all copyrights and save as PNG}
Now Let's Animate
23.) Open WA and 2nd tube, C&P 3rd tube as NRL--  Place it nicely behind  2nd tube.--dup.--blur-- gaussian 6 --Blend Mode hard light -- opacity-- 90 % - MD-- add DS  -TR     
24.) WA & 2nd tube--MD - rename - both tube layers (EX; T1,T2,Tag & Bottom, you should have 4 layers (2 tube layers- tag -- bottom--) Resize all layers- 56%  = sharpen= 504 X 504 
25.) add paper as NRl make sure it is above the bottom-- add Mask 0309 - or one of your choosing-- delete mask-- ungroup layers-- now merge tag- bottom- and mask layers  =
26.) Add all Copy right info.. now close off T2, copy merged and Paste into AS as New Animation-
27.) Back in PSP -- close out T1 -- and Copy merged..(make sure when you do this, you are on the right layer )
28.) Paste after current frame-- select all- animation -- animation properties-- opaque -- white- then go to frame properties and on 1st frame-150 and 2nd frame 200 -- view and when happy save as GIF.
