Fun in da Sun FTU

I Wrote this tutorial,any resemblance to others is purely a coincidence.

Mask are from "MoonBeams and Spiderwebs"

Just scroll down a bit 
Drop Shadow = Ds = 2,2 50,5 black
Lets begin
600 X 250
1.) P 3--C&P as NRL = add forum mask #15--delete mask and ungroup layers--DS
2.) P 5 --C&P as NRL--make sure you on the bottom layer--delete mask--ungroup layers--DS--TR
3.) EL 14--R=75% --unsharp mask--C&P as NRL--Place on left side--Ds --Tr
4.) EL 12 -- R -- 70% & 80% --Usm -- C&P as NRL -- Place on right side --Place layer below #3-- free rotate - right - 10 --Ds -- Tr
5.)  EL 13 --R = 70% & 80% -- Usm -- C&P as NRL-- Place next to other -- Place layer above #4 -- free rotate -- left 10--Ds -- Tr
6.) EL 17 -- R = 75% & 80% --Usm -- C&P as NRL- Place in center -- Ds -- Tr
7.)  EL 16 -- R = 50% -- Usm -- C&P as NRL --free rotate -left 15- place on left side-- move to right above #3-Ds-dup.-R= 80% -- move a little over left center -- Tr
8.) EL 2 --R = 50% X2 & 80%-Usm-- C&P as NRL --Place on dolphins nose--Ds --Tr
9.) EL 23 --R = 50% & 75% X3--Usm-- C&P as NRL--Paste to center of tag--Ds--Tr
10.) EL 3 -- R = 50% X2 -- Usm-- C&P as NRL--Place on left side -- Ds-- Tr
11.) EL 4 -- R = 50% X2 -- Usm --  C&P as NRL-- move to right side bottom -- Ds -- Tr
12.) EL 19 --R = 50% X2 & 80% -- Usm --C&P as NRL --place left -- below bucket layer--Ds --Tr
13.) EL 21 -- R = 50% X2 -- Usm -- C&P as NRL-- mirror and place it in front of flippers --Ds --dup. R = 80% --mirror --place it in front of flipper -- dup. --place this one in front of sand pail -- Tr
14.) EL 18 -- R = 50% X3 -- Usm -- place on center bottom -- Ds -- Tr
15.) Close bottom layer- and merge visible all other layers.
16.) Add NRL above the bottom-- color with a gradient-- I used "Blue clouds" it came with my program..
Now Merge Visible all layers.
Add all Copyright info and your Name--
save a png..
If you want the Avitar -- Use part of your picture and crop out your tag..
I did one "184 X 189 "
and one " 178 X 221"
