This cute Easter kit is called "Easter Tube" and is by Cari at Black Widow Creationz and you can find it Here

Drop Shadow = DS = 2,2,505
Let's Begin
900 X 900
1.) EL. 39 - Copy and Paste = C&P as New Raster Layer = NRL. =
place in center of canvas. With Magic Wand - click inside the center of frame. -- Select - modify - 10
2.) Paper 10 ( or one of your choice )- C&P as NRL - invert on frame -- delete - select none = SN. == move paper below frame
3.) Add a NRL and grab your paintbrush and I used LF Brush - Bird - I added, then add a DS to all.
4.) Tube - C&P as NRL - place on left side of frame == duplicate = dup. - on duplicate - blur- gaussian 6 -- blend mode = hard light opacity = 70% - merge down = MD - DS
5.) EL. 12 -- C&P as NRL - mirror place on paper -DS - tag reference = TR
6.) EL. 15 - Resize = R = 80% -- sharpen = unsharp mask = USM
- C&P as NRL - place on bottom of frame -- DS - TR - place layer below frame layer. Close bottom and Tube layers, Merge Visible = MV - all layers,rename - frame -- open Tube layer..
7.) EL. 11 - R = 50% -- USM - C&P as NRL -- place on bottom right corner - DS - TR
8.) EL. 27 -- C&P as NRL - place below frame and move to right side -- DS - dup. and mirror - MD
9.) EL. 36 - C&P as NRL - place on left side - DS - move to right above the bottom layer, dup. - mirror - flip --TR
10.) EL. 38 -- C&P as NRL - mirror - flip - place on bottom left- DS - dup. -mirror - flip - MV - move to right above the roses
11.) EL. 40 -- R - 75% - USM -- C&P as NRL -place on left side - DS - TR - move below tube layer.
12.) EL. 17 -- C&P as NRL -place beneath bunny on left side -- DS -- TR
13.) EL.8 -- C&P as NRL - place on bottom right in front of basket -DS - Dup. - R = 75% - p[ace where you like
14.) EL.. 9 - R = 50% -- USM -- C&P as NRL - place on left front- DS - TR - dup. - R = 80% - place right next to other
15.) EL. 6 - R = 45 % & 80% - USM -- C&P as NRL - dup. - R = 80% place next to the other.- TR
16.) EL. 30 - R = 45% & 80% X3- USM -- C&P as NRL - place on top left flower - free rotate - Right 25% -- DS --TR - dup. R = 80% - place where you wish.
17.) EL. 26 - R = 40% & 80% X 3 -- USM. - C&P as NRL - place where you want.- I place mine on the frame- DS - TR
18.) EL.21 - R = 40% & 80% X3 -- USM -- C&P as NRL - place this one wherever you wish.-- I placed this on next to the other. - free rotate- left- 25%-- DS - TR
19.) With bottom layer still closed, MV. all layers -- R = 56% = 504 X 504 -- sharpen - Then add Xero -- Porcelain (optional)---
Now add paper of choice,and a nice mask - delete mask layer- and then ungroup layers- Now crop opaque-- open bottom layer- and them MV.
20.) Add All CopyRight info and name -- save as PNG
